About Me
Hello!
I’m Valeria, an interaction and UX designer living and dreaming in Brooklyn. I’m a creative by nature and an observer at heart, drawn to how people move through systems, environments, and everyday experiences.
My work sits at the intersection of design, technology, and business. Over the years, I’ve worked across corporate tech teams, consumer and ecommerce brands, social impact organizations, and freelance projects. While the industries have varied, the underlying challenge has stayed the same: making complex systems feel clearer, more intentional, and more human.
I studied Management Information Systems at The University of Texas at Austin, alongside visual and digital arts, which grounded me in both systems thinking and creative practice. I later earned my Master of Science in Integrated Business, Design, and Technology from USC in 2025, deepening my perspective on interaction design, prototyping, and the broader implications of building technology that shapes real behavior.
I’m currently designing at Yum! Brands (Pizza Hut). Across projects, I’m motivated by curiosity, collaboration, and creating experiences that hold up in the real world, not just in a perfect demo.
